• "Member" / "you" means any person who registers or uses the Platform.
• "Profile" means matrimonial information, photos, preferences, and messages you provide.
• "Premium Services" means paid memberships, contact reveals, boosts, or other fee-based features.
• "User Content" means text, images, and other materials you upload or transmit.
• "Verification" means any identity or document check we may offer — it is limited in scope as described below.

You must be at least 18 years of age, legally competent to marry under applicable law, and not prohibited from using matrimonial services. The Platform is intended only for persons seeking lawful matrimonial alliance — not dating, commercial solicitation, or unlawful purposes.

If you register on behalf of another person (parent, sibling, guardian, etc.), you represent that you have lawful authority to do so and that the profile subject meets eligibility requirements. You are responsible for accuracy of all information submitted.

ForeverPartner is an online intermediary that hosts user-generated matrimonial listings and communication tools. We do not broker marriages, guarantee matches, conduct comprehensive background checks, or verify every statement made by members unless expressly stated for a specific feature.

To the extent permitted under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder (including the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021), we operate as an intermediary and are not the publisher of User Content posted by members.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep your profile updated.
• One person may maintain only one active account except where we expressly allow otherwise.
• You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activity under your account.
• You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access at forever.partner.team@gmail.com.
• We may refuse, suspend, or terminate registration at our discretion for policy violations, fraud risk, or legal compliance.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or illegal content; impersonate any person; or use another's photographs without rights.
• Harass, stalk, threaten, discriminate, demand dowry, or solicit money, gifts, or investments from other members.
• Use bots, scrapers, automated scripts, or reverse-engineer the Platform without written consent.
• Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Use the Platform for commercial advertising, escort services, polygamy where unlawful, or any non-matrimonial purpose.
• Circumvent paywalls, contact limits, blocks, or verification requirements.
• Misuse government ID verification or submit forged documents.

We may monitor, moderate, remove content, and report unlawful activity to authorities where required or appropriate.

We may review profiles, photos, or ID documents for policy compliance. Approval, badges, or "verified" labels indicate only the checks we actually performed at that time — not character, financial status, marital history, criminal record, medical fitness, or intent to marry.

You remain solely responsible for independently verifying any match before engagement, marriage, financial transactions, or sharing sensitive personal information.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt for formatting, and distribute your User Content solely to operate, promote, and improve the Platform and to comply with law.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

Fees, plan features, and billing cycles are shown at checkout. Prices may include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (e.g., Cashfree). You authorise charges to your selected payment method.

Premium features are digital services tied to your account for the purchased period. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, incorporated by reference. Auto-renewal, if enabled for a plan, will be disclosed before purchase.

Messages, interests, and contact details shared through the Platform are at your own risk. We are not responsible for off-platform communication, meetings, or disputes between members. Use caution, meet in public places, inform family where appropriate, and never send money to strangers.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws. By using the Platform, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

The ForeverPartner brand, software, design, and non-user content are owned by KOLEKAR RAMESH KUMAR GOWTHAM or licensors. You may not copy, modify, or exploit them except as permitted by these Terms.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF MEMBER PROFILES.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, that any member is genuine, or that you will find a suitable match.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOLEKAR RAMESH KUMAR GOWTHAM, its proprietor, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or matrimonial opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform or conduct of other members.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for Premium Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) INR 5,000, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection or other mandatory law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death/personal injury caused by our proven negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KOLEKAR RAMESH KUMAR GOWTHAM and its personnel from claims, losses, penalties, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your User Content, your interactions with other members, or violation of any law.

• You may deactivate or request deletion of your account through account settings or support.
• We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach, legal orders, risk to other members, or prolonged inactivity.
• Upon termination, rights granted to you cease; provisions that by nature should survive (liability limits, indemnity, governing law) remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your rights to approach consumer forums or other statutory authorities where applicable.

Before litigation, you agree to email a written notice to forever.partner.team@gmail.com and allow thirty (30) days for good-faith resolution.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with an updated effective date. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or email where practicable. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the Platform and request account deletion.

• Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
• Entire agreement: These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Community Guidelines, and Safety Guidelines form the complete agreement regarding the Platform.
• No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
• Assignment: We may assign these Terms; you may not assign without our consent.
• Force majeure: We are not liable for delays due to events beyond reasonable control.
