Refund & Cancellation Policy

Version 2026-05-20 · Effective 20 May 2026

ForeverPartner is operated by KOLEKAR RAMESH KUMAR GOWTHAM ("we", "us", "our").

This policy applies to paid memberships and digital services purchased on ForeverPartner, operated by KOLEKAR RAMESH KUMAR GOWTHAM.

1. Nature of Service

Premium memberships grant digital access (contact views, messaging limits, visibility tools, etc.) for a fixed period. Delivery begins immediately upon successful payment activation.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Duplicate charge or technical failure where service was not activated — full refund after verification.
  • Unauthorized payment reported within 7 days with supporting evidence — investigated case-by-case.
  • Refund requests for change of mind are generally not accepted once premium features have been used (e.g., contact revealed, messages sent using premium quota).
  • Where mandated by applicable consumer protection law, statutory rights remain unaffected.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Substantial use of premium benefits during the plan period.
  • Account termination for Terms violations or fraud.
  • Failure to find a match or dissatisfaction with other members' conduct.
  • Partial unused days after voluntary cancellation mid-term, unless required by law.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email forever.partner.team@gmail.com or raise a ticket under Help & Support within 7 days of purchase (or as required by law).
  2. Include registered email, payment reference/order ID, and reason.
  3. We respond within 5 business days; approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a false chargeback may result in immediate account suspension and recovery of amounts owed. Contact us first so we can resolve legitimate issues.

6. Cancellation

You may stop using premium features; paid periods remain active until expiry unless a refund is approved. Auto-renewal, if offered, can be disabled before the renewal date in account or payment settings.
