Grievance Redressal Policy

ForeverPartner is operated by KOLEKAR RAMESH KUMAR GOWTHAM ("we", "us", "our").

In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, ForeverPartner provides the following grievance redressal mechanism.

2. Complaints We Handle

  • Unlawful or harmful user content on the Platform.
  • Privacy violations, unauthorised data use, or access requests.
  • IP infringement notices with sufficient detail.
  • Non-compliance with our Terms or Community Guidelines.
  • Payment or refund disputes (also see Refund Policy).

3. How to File

  1. Send a written complaint to forever.partner.team@gmail.com with your name, contact, registered email, description, URLs/screenshots, and desired remedy.
  2. For content takedown, identify the specific profile or message and the legal basis.
  3. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days, or inform you of delay with reasons.

4. Appeal

If dissatisfied with our resolution, you may pursue remedies under applicable law, including consumer forums or the Grievance Appellate Committee framework where applicable to our category of intermediary.
