• We do not knowingly permit minors to register or use the service.
• Profiles that appear to belong to a minor, or that target minors, are removed immediately.

We prohibit all content and conduct involving child sexual abuse and exploitation, including but not limited to:

• Sexual content depicting or suggesting minors.
• Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors.
• Profiles, photos, or messages that sexualise children or appear to involve minors.
• Sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Using the platform to contact, recruit, or harm minors in any way.

If you see anything that may involve child safety risk, report it immediately using any of the following:

• In the ForeverPartner app: open a profile or chat → Report user → choose Inappropriate Photos, Harassment / Abuse, or Other and describe the concern.
• On the website: Contact Support or Help & Support tickets.
• Email our child safety contact: forever.partner.team@gmail.com (subject line: Child Safety Report).
• For emergencies involving immediate danger, contact local police (112 in India).

• We prioritise review of child safety reports.
• We may remove content, suspend or permanently ban accounts, and preserve relevant records for investigation.
• We cooperate with law enforcement and report to regional or national authorities when required by applicable law.
• In India, serious cybercrime and child safety matters may be reported via the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) in addition to our internal review.

• Profile photos are moderated for appropriateness and authenticity.
• Users must be 18+ to register; date of birth is collected at profile setup.
• Community Guidelines and Safety Guidelines apply to all members.
• Repeated or severe violations result in account termination without prior notice.
